Team check in will take place on Thursday and Friday evening from 6pm – 9pm at the:

A coach or team representative must come to check-in with the following completed items:
- Two (2) copies of your official league team roster, signed by your state registrar.
- Two (2) copies of the guest player roster, if applicable.
- Medical release forms for each player (you may use your league’s medical forms or copies of the provided medical form).
- All player and coaches passes (including guest player passes).
- A travel permit, if applicable.
- The team Roster/Waiver form.
- Team Contact Information Sheet.

A single representative from a club may check-in multiple teams and pickup coaches bags. However, each coach must have their approved, sealed roster (provided at check-in) in hand prior to the start of their first game.
There will be no Saturday morning registration. All teams must register Thursday or Friday evening.
